To place an order, simply browse our online store and add the desired items to your shopping cart. Proceed to the checkout page, where you'll enter your shipping and payment details. Once confirmed, your order will be processed, and you'll receive a confirmation email.
Once we receive your order, our warehouse team will process the order within 3 business day. And if you need to change the info, like address. Please email support@movyan.com to change it.
We offer one type of shipping: Standard Shipping (5-15 business days). When you placed your order, we will provide you a tracking number, where you can check all the information regarding your order.

Order & Returns
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is leaving the warehouse, you will receive another automatic email with shipping information. Feel free to reach out to inquire us your order status!
When you receive a shipping confirmation letter from us via email, simply copy the tracking number provided and paste it into our order status tracker page.
We're very sorry that you're missing an item from your order and we'd like to help you.
Before you contact us, it's worth checking the following:
• The item(s) you ordered may be out of stock. Please check your email to see if we've sent you a message about this. It's worth checking your junk / spam folder too!
• If you've placed multiple orders within a few days of each other and they're all being shipped to the same address, it might be that these orders have been split into separate deliveries and will be arriving on different days. Please check your account to see if your orders have different tracking numbers.
If you've checked all of the above and you're still sure you have an item missing from your order, please let us know within 30 days of your order being delivered and we'll try our best to help you.
